Yes. Home movie films and videotapes are often broken. iMemories will professionally repair (or "splice") your broken movie films and videotapes. iMemories does not charge extra for this service.
No. iMemories is not able to process copyrighted materials such as TV shows or Hollywood movies. However, if a videotape has a blend of home movies and TV or movie footage, the TV or movie footage will be removed, but, the home movie footage will be preserved.
