You can also use the slider bar to fast forward or rewind your video during play. Or, at the end of any video or clip, you are given an overlay screen where you are able to replay, share, watch the previous video or watch the next video.
You said you made my video into scenes, how do I find these?
Most times you will find help or controls either adjacent to your video or in the top navigation bar. This is where your clips or scenes are located. At any time you are viewing your video, you can click on the option in your top navigation bar that says "Clips." The video will stop playing and you will be taken to a new page that shows all of your scenes in separate boxes. Be sure to notice the option at the bottom right-hand side that lets you know if you have another page of clips from this video. To view those, simply click the arrow.
Is there a way to see what is in these clips before playing them?
Choose which clip you would like to play by taking your mouse and hovering over the bottom part of the clip. A magnifying glass will appear in the lower right-hand corner of the box. Hover over the magnifying glass with your mouse (don’t click, just hover) and a small box will pop up. In the lower right-hand side of this new thumbnail preview, there is a button that says, "Play This Clip." Simply click that button and your clip will begin playing in your theater.
How do I get back to all of my videos from the clip page or the theater?
In your top navigation bar there is an option that says "My Digital Media." Click that option and you will be taken back to the page that has all of your videos available for viewing in your personal theater.
I sent in more videos than I see on this page; where are they?
Notice the "More Projects" option at the lower right-hand side of the "Watch" page. Click the arrow and you will see more of your videos. Remember, there may be two or more pages to view.
So that you get to starting watching and enjoying your movies, iMemories post them as they leave our editors. As such some of your videos may still be in staging and not live on the site, check your email as we confirm the number of videos posted and confirm when the entire order is online.
How have you organized my media?
After digitally re-mastering all of your videos and photos, iMemories has placed all of your media into your own personal library. All of your videos have been placed in a video folder and all of your photos have been placed in a photo folder inside of your library. To get there, simply log into your "Library" account by choosing the Create option.

Once you are in your iMemories library, you can organize, label and view your videos and photos. To label video albums, click on the video folder to open it and all of your videos will appear. Hover your mouse over the video you wish to re-label and a magnifying glass will appear. If you hover over the magnifying glass, a thumbnail preview will appear and at the top of the thumbnail where you see the existing video name, you can click and edit the video label.
To label photo albums, follow the same steps as labeling video albums but open your photo folder instead.
To create and label your favorites use the playlist feature. Here you can label the playlist upon creation and re-label as you deem fit by following the same instructions for Videos or Photos above. Changing your labels in a playlist does not affect the labels of the same clips in another folder.
How do I label my video clips and individual photos?
You can label individual video clips and photos anywhere you see a thumbnail preview (see labeling video albums and photo albums) or, if you are viewing your clip or photo in the library, you can label using the information panel for clips or photos that is adjacent to the right of the media player.

I am in my library looking at my videos. I can’t seem to find some of them; where are all of my other videos, and where did the Photo and Playlist section go?
Notice the scroll bar that is located on the right edge of the video list panel. This is a “slider control” button that is similar to one you see on websites or word documents. To operate you can click and hold this button with your mouse, then move your mouse down and more videos will start to appear. You will find your other videos at the bottom of this panel along with the folders for Photos &Playlists.
What does the video camera icon in the middle of my clip on the clip Index mean?
The video camera icon that may show up on one of your clips simply means that it is the last clip you watched in your viewer prior to clicking on the Index page. Also, if you return to the viewer by clicking the "Viewer" option in the top navigation bar on the Index page, the clip with the video camera icon will resume playing.
Why are my clips different lengths of time?
iMemories segments your videos into clips based on content. Some of your clips may be longer because the content on the video may contain more minutes of the same event. Others may be shorter because the event you recorded was shorter in length and a logical break was apparent.
iMemories® systems and moderators use logical breaks for scenes – not just when the camera was turned on/off or otherwise split for arbitrary reasons.
What is a Playlist?
A playlist is a compilation of clips of your choice – favorites clips/photos, funny clips/photos, individual or family groups of clips/photos, special event celebrations, vacations – whatever theme you choose. You can take different clips/photos from different videos and compile them into one easy to find area. Also, you can create DVDs from these playlists – making organizing and labeling easier for you.

Or, using your mouse, hover over the DVD icon in the lower left-hand corner and a box will appear that tells you how many minutes you have remaining on the DVD.
