1. Watching and sharing home videos and photos online – anytime, anywhere
2. Unlimited storage with iMemories SafeGuard backup and restore service
3. Organize, label and custom edit home videos and photos, and
4. Create iMemories Archives and iMemories Movies with your home videos and picture media. A premium account subscription is available for $99.99 per year. When customers send in their home videos and photos to iMemories for digital transfer and archiving, they receive full access to the iMemories Online premium account features while they are configuring their order.

Standard: A standard account provides limited features of iMemories Online. Standard account features include:

1. Watching shared media from family and friends, and
2. Purchasing iMemories products via the iMemories Store. A standard account is free.

Shared media are media assets (home videos and photos) that someone has shared with you. You have the ability to watch shared video clips or view shared picture images. If a family member or friend has shared a DVD Archive project, you have the option of ordering that DVD Archive project via the iMemories Store.

Yes. When you share you home videos and photos to family and friends, you are sharing via a private (not public or broadcast) medium. That means you are inviting specific individuals to watch your home videos and view your picture images. In addition, the availability of your shared media is under your control at all times at iMemories. You have visibility to the people who have access to your memories. And, you have the ability to revoke shared media at anytime via: 1.) The media asset or 2.) The share partner.

To revoke shared media:

1. Media asset revoke – via Theater or Studio, mouse over the media asset, and unselect the person selected as a share partner
2. Share partner revoke – via the address book, click on the share partner and revoke all shared media.

You should share your home videos and photos with all of your family and friends. They will enjoy experiencing those moments and it will connect you to them in a fun and meaningful way. Look for the best video clips and/or photos to share. iMemories makes it easy for you to share either individual video clips and/or picture images or full video albums, photo albums, or collections. You can also share finished iMemories Archive DVD projects and allow your family and friends to purchase their own DVDs from the iMemories Store. An iMemories Movie is a custom produced video/photo montage with music soundtrack. At iMemories, this is our most premium product. It’s a full cinematic music video experience showcasing your personal moments as the main event. It’s where memory lane meets movie magic.

Yes. We will complete the project and then, ask you to review the piece. At that final review point, we can make small changes/edits only (example: swap one photo for another) – as the entire project is perfectly synchronized with integrated special effects. So, it is important to give specific direction during the interview process. Small edits are included in the price of the project. If significant changes are requested, then, additional fees will apply.

Yes. Your iMemories Movie will arrive professionally packaged. This includes a personalized DVD case and DVD disk that will include your selected photos. The DVD case will be presented inside of our signature iMemories Gift Box.

Absolutely. In fact, an iMemories Gift Card is a fresh and original gift idea for any occasion. Everyone has a box of home videos and photos that need to be preserved digitally. The recipient can redeem the Gift Card for any service we provide at iMemories. Gift cards are available in any denomination.

An iMemories Photo Slideshow is designed to showcase photos only. It is traditionally used for watching hours of photos displaying on screen – one after the other. Music can be included but is not synchronized, and there are no special effects. So, if you have a lot of photos and you want to display them on your television, then, an iMemories Photo Slideshow is perfect.

An iMemories Movie is our most premium product. A completely customized, edited, and professionally produced cinema-level video which includes synchronized commercial music track, special effects, graphics, titling and custom packaging.

iMemories Movies are traditionally from 3- 20 minutes in duration – but they can be longer if desired. iMemories offers packages for any budget.

• “Short” - one song video (3-4 minutes): Commemorating vacations, kids birthdays, graduation, sports seasons, going away parties, Christmas gifts, etc.
  
• “Feature” - two song video (7-8 minutes): Commemorating younger birthdays (21, 30, and 40), anniversaries (10 years or less), rehearsal dinners, family reunion, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Valentines Day, Bar / Bat Mitzvah, Christmas gifts, and memorials.
  
• “Epic” - three or more songs (10-30 minutes): Commemorating big milestone birthdays (40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th, 100th), milestone anniversaries (25th, 50th), family reunions, and memorials, or, any other significant occasion.
