Mark Rukavina, founder and chief executive officer of iMemories, is a 18-year veteran entrepreneur with a knack for figuring out what customers want and how to give it to them. Since 1992, Mark has launched three high-growth technology companies by developing fresh and unique solutions to longstanding challenges and has successfully married his technology business acumen to his personal passion for the emerging media entertainment market that encompasses home videos, social networking and Internet technologies. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. He has been acknowledged and decorated as an industry leader receiving a number of awards including the Ernst & Young Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year of e-business and Arizona State University‘s Spirit of Enterprise Award.

Doug Ducey, known for his intense focus and his ability to inspire, joined the iMemories team to infuse the same leadership and national growth plan he successfully executed while at Cold Stone Creamery. Doug‘s career spans nearly 20 years, including executive sales and marketing positions with Procter & Gamble and Anheuser-Busch. An Ohio native and a graduate of Arizona State University, Doug was recently inducted into ASU‘s W.P. Carey School of Business Hall of Fame and has been featured as a successful leader and entrepreneur in dozens of national media outlets.

As iMemories COO & CFO, Steve Krell brings more than 18 years of experience in working with high growth companies. Over his career he has managed a wide range of areas including operations, finance, accounting, customer service, sales support, legal and information technology. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado and accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant. Over the expanse of his financial career, Steve has gained a particular expertise in the areas of strategic business planning, sales support, operations, initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and developing infrastructure for high growth companies.

Kevin has joined the iMemories team to apply his 20 plus years of sales, marketing, and business developement experience with technology and consumer brands. Kevin‘s most recent experience was as EVP of Marketing at Cold Stone Creamery where he was responsible for all marketing functions; Strategy, Research, Product Innovation, Partnerships, Advertising, Public Relations, Creative and Interactive Marketing. Kevin‘s technology, marketing and sales experiences are with clients like Bank of America, AOL/Time Warner, Anheuser Busch, Avnet, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Nationwide Insurance. His appetite for linking marketing efforts directly to revenue performance is rooted in the top-sales recognition he received on multiple occasions while working for Sterling Commerce, Baxter Healthcare and American Hospital Supply. Kevin‘s technical aptitude stems from his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering he received from The Ohio State University.
