Customer Service Associate

An iMemories Customer Service Associate is a critical part of iMemories’ mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all iMemories customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions.

+ General Summary of Responsibilities

· Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.
· Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly.
· Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service.
· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
· Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
· Answers messages in authorized email queues as directed by Workflow and Supervisor.
· Understands and correctly uses Customer Service Tools.
· Maintains acceptable call lengths and e-mail handle time, while remaining friendly and informative.
· Maintains productivity.
· Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions.
· Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for e-mail response times and phone service levels.
· All other duties as assigned.

Video Editor

An iMemories Professional Video Editor is a valuable part of the iMemories’s premium, best-in-class service offering for both iMemories Archives and iMemories Movies. In a stimulating and rewarding environment, this position requires heavy Mac-based computer useage, utilizing best-in-class digital systems, software and hardware and technology infrastructure.

+ General Summary of Responsibilities

· Expert level status in Final Cut Pro Studio (latest version), specifically skilled in Final Cut Pro, Motion and DVD Studio Pro.
· Scene edits home movie footage to segment clips for iMemories Online and iMemories Archives.
· Color corrects home movie film to optimize the color and lighting of the resulting digital video.
· Photo edits picture images to optimize the visual brilliance as well as remove digital scanning imperfections with Photoshop.
· Executes iMemories Movies (custom video/photo montage) creative work, on time, on budget, and with a style indicative of premium level iMemories creative.
· Ability to select music tracks for sound bed of iMemories Movies.
· Maintains productivity, directed by workflow and Supervisor.
· Demonstrates clear and polite oral communication.

Photo Scanner/Photo Editor

An iMemories Professional Photo Scanner/Photo Editor is an important part of the iMemories’s premium, best-in-class service offering for both iMemories Archives and iMemories Movies. In a high performance and highly productive environment, this position requires heavy Mac-based computer useage, utilizing best-in-class digital systems, software and hardware and technology infrastructure.

· Scans photo prints, slides, and negatives on industry-best digtial scanning equipment.
· Organizes digital photos post scanning, maintaining the correct sequence based on customer preference.

· Maintains productivity, directed by workflow and Supervisor.
· Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.
