Plus, you'll have the added peace of mind of knowing that your priceless family memories are safe and protected from the threat of floods and fires, as well as computer crashes and virus attacks.

So whether it was shot last weekend or last century, keep all your cherished memories in one safe place in the cloud at iMemories.
"iMemories is the only place where people can store, manage and share their multigenerational 'mix' of treasured family memories - videos and photos, both old and new."

About Mark Rukavina
Mark Rukavina, founder and chief executive officer of iMemories, is a veteran entrepreneur with a knack for figuring out what customers want and how to give it to them. Since 1992, Mark has created three high-growth tech companies from the ground up. And in each enterprise, he developed fresh, unique solutions to longstanding challenges.

Mark's business acumen enables him to organically create brands that customers love and trust. He's a business strategist and technology innovator with an impressive track record in attracting high-profile partners and investors.

In his first entrepreneurial venture, Mark was co-owner and chief operating officer of Mastering Computers. Formed in 1992, the company grew to become the nation's largest provider of training seminars on Microsoft Windows. Publicly traded on NASDAQ, Mastering Computers had 750 employees when it was sold to Platinum Technology in 1998.

KnowledgeNet, Mark's second tech startup grew to become the third largest e-learning provider in the world when it was sold to Thomson Reuters in 2004. With 350 employees, KnowledgeNet provided innovative online training for information technology and business skills. As co-founder and chief operating officer, Mark led the company's successful effort to raise $70 million in venture funding from blue-chip investors including venture capital firms Sierra Ventures, Morgenthaler Ventures and Trinity Ventures, as well as Cisco Systems and General Motors.

In 2006, Mark's entrepreneurial journey brought him to the creation of iMemories - his biggest idea yet. Commonly described as the "Netflix for family memories", iMemories is a cloud-based storage and streaming service that puts a lifetime of memories at your fingertips. iMemories provides high quality products and world class services that make it easy, convenient and fun for consumers to preserve and store their family memories in the cloud - allowing them to enjoy and share personal videos and photos on nearly any connected device.

In 2001, Ernst & Young recognized Mark as Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year for e-business. He holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Arizona State University, which awarded him its Spirit of Enterprise award in 2001.
The Problem We Solve
Families have older home movies and photos (stored in boxes) that need to be digitally preserved or these important, irreplaceable memories will be lost forever. Every family has this problem, and people can't do this on their own.

In addition, newer digital videos and photos captured on modern devices such as smartphones, digital cameras and camcorders are scattered across decades' worth of storage media including computers, CDs, DVDs, smart cards, thumb drives and USB drives as well as some images being stuck on the smartphones themselves. Simply put, it's a massive unorganized mess of digital files. Every family has this problem too!

People desire one place for their entire collection of family memories, so it's fast and easy to find their videos and photos wherever they go. That place now exists! It's iMemories.
